At Oura Oud, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every fragrance purchase. This Returns & Exchange Policy explains our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Products must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Perfumes must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Damaged or defective products are eligible for full replacement or refund.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- Contact our customer support at support@ouraoud.com.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
3. RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of products.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund promptly.
4. REFUNDS
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at support@ouraoud.com with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. FINAL SALE ITEMS
- Certain limited edition or promotional fragrances may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable.
- Such items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
